1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used ink/toner cartridges.
- Custom-configured or personalized items.
- Software or downloadable products.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
4. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Share clear photos and a description of the issue.
- If eligible, we’ll send a replacement product at no extra charge.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong item, damaged), we will cover the shipping cost.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service with insurance for high-value items.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund is posted.
Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

7. Orders Made by Mistake
If you placed an order by mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We may be able to cancel it before it is processed. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
